About the artist
Boleslaw Danikowski (1928-1979) was a French-Polish ceramicist and sculptor, trained at the Beaux-Arts de Lille. Known for his innovative use of glazed ceramics influenced by cubism, he became the principal ceramicist collaborating with designers Robert Guillerme and Jacques Chambron for their company Votre Maison.
